Description
Classic Santa Painting: A Vintage Santa Canvas With a Finger to His Lips
Gallery wrapped canvas, printed in a warm oil painting style and ready to hang out of the box.
One gesture, and the whole room is in on it.
The Santa Everyone Pictures
This is the classic Santa painting in its simplest form. A close portrait, white gloved finger raised to his lips, wire rimmed glasses low, eyes doing the smiling. No sleigh, no snow, no scene to read. The deep red of the suit fills the frame behind him and the whole piece rests on that one quiet gesture.
Vintage Santa Canvas Wall Art for a Traditional Room
Because there is no background to argue with, this hangs anywhere a traditional Christmas is welcome. A stair wall, a hallway, above a mantel, beside a tree. The warm red carries the season without any of the clutter that dates a piece.
What Arrives
✔ Gallery wrapped canvas with the artwork carried around the edges, so no frame is needed
✔ Semi gloss print for added depth and color
✔ Mounting hardware attached, so it hangs straight out of the packaging
✔ Leveling bumpers included to protect the wall
✔ Beveled stretch bars and industrial strength staples, so the frame stays tight and sits flat
Questions About This Classic Santa Painting
Is this a print or an original painting?
Tailor Made Rooms prints this artwork on gallery wrapped canvas. It is painted in an oil painting style with visible brushwork, and the canvas texture carries that finish, but each piece is a print rather than a one off original.
What size classic Santa canvas suits a mantel?
Tailor Made Rooms suggests a larger size above a mantel or console and a smaller one for a gallery wall, a stair run or a shelf lean. Aim for roughly two thirds the width of whatever sits underneath.
Does the plain red background make it easier to place?
Yes, and that is why Tailor Made Rooms kept it. With no landscape or interior behind him, the piece does not compete with the wall colour, the tree or the rest of the room.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Mounting hardware comes attached and leveling bumpers are included to protect the wall.
