Since we ship from either our USA or Canada location, you will never have to pay for customs or duties due to product import process. We offer free shipping on all our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please expect 5-6 days for production and 5-7 days for shipping.
We have print partners in Canada and USA, free shipping can come from either location.
Under normal circumstances:
Orders are shipped based on the availability of the size and style of the item. Once your order is placed, it may take up to one week for your items to be shipped. Normally, it is about a week depending on current demand. After it ships, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on what carrier service we choose for your destination. We ship from several different locations depending on our printing partners.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number, and you will receive a separate email with the tracking as soon as your order is shipped.

The Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. Extremely friendly and understanding, and the shipping and production time was absolutely stellar. I would give this a 5 star review, but I do only have one tiny gripe, and that would be the backside of the sign. I think a 4.5 star rating would be more accurate, but alas, it is not an option. The “wood” design is NOT on the backside of the sign, and it is just a blank white slate. It does kind of take away from the sign, as the backside just looks cheap.. for the price, I would have thought the entire thing would have that “wood” design, but perhaps I just missed that in the fine print somewhere, which is on me obviously. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again. I think I was just surprised when I opened it and saw so much white. Thanks again for all your help!!

Weren't 100% happy with the way the first proof looked, but the Tailor Made crew tweaked it a bit and now it's perfect! Included here is my "mock-up" of how our wet bar will look when we're done.

They were helpful and they were able to put on canvas exactly what and how I wanted it, and it looks stunning! I even contacted them about when it would ship, and they checked that day and it went from 70% complete to packaged and shipped with ups that very same day! Both signs ar great the we the people got a little banged up in shipping but was fixable. Bent corner cracked wood support hanging frame. Was able to bend it back and frame was still sturdy enough for hanging.
