Under normal circumstances:
Orders are shipped based on the availability of the size and style of the item. Once your order is placed, it may take up to one week for your items to be shipped. Normally, it is about a week depending on current demand. After it ships, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on what carrier service we choose for your destination. We ship from several different locations depending on our printing partners.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped.
Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number, and you will receive a separate email with the tracking as soon as your order is shipped.

Exactly like ordered. Happy they had fern leaves to add to our farm name. Very interesting in that the color of the sign changes from a greenish/brown to an orange/cedar color depending on the day’s brightness.

The Customer Service is PHENOMENAL. Extremely friendly and understanding, and the shipping and production time was absolutely stellar. I would give this a 5 star review, but I do only have one tiny gripe, and that would be the backside of the sign. I think a 4.5 star rating would be more accurate, but alas, it is not an option. The “wood” design is NOT on the backside of the sign, and it is just a blank white slate. It does kind of take away from the sign, as the backside just looks cheap.. for the price, I would have thought the entire thing would have that “wood” design, but perhaps I just missed that in the fine print somewhere, which is on me obviously. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again. I think I was just surprised when I opened it and saw so much white. Thanks again for all your help!!

Still in "renovation mode" but wanted to share this now rather than waiting until we have everything else on hand. Couldn't be more pleased with the way our sign turned out! Weren't 100% happy with the way the first proof looked, but the Tailor Made crew tweaked it a bit and now it's perfect! Included here is my "mock-up" of how our wet bar will look when we're done.

I ordered this sign to be custom made for my fiancé’s and my first anniversary. The experience working with the design team was easy! They were helpful and they were able to put on canvas exactly what and how I wanted it, and it looks stunning! I even contacted them about when it would ship, and they checked that day and it went from 70% complete to packaged and shipped with ups that very same day! I am extremely happy with the service, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful! It came exactly as pictured in the draft, and perfect for our decor! It is everything that we wanted!!!
