Since we ship from either our USA or Canada location, you will never have to pay for customs or duties due to product import process. We offer free shipping on all our products.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please expect 5-6 days for production and 5-7 days for shipping.

We have print partners in Canada and USA, free shipping can come from either location.

Under normal circumstances:

Orders are shipped based on the availability of the size and style of the item. Once your order is placed, it may take up to one week for your items to be shipped. Normally, it is about a week depending on current demand. After it ships, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on what carrier service we choose for your destination. We ship from several different locations depending on our printing partners.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is shipped.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number, and you will receive a separate email with the tracking as soon as your order is shipped.
