This rustic apothecary sign reads the name you choose, then APOTHECARY OF CURIOSITIES through the middle, and "Potions, Poisons & Peculiar Remedies" along the bottom, in dark weathered lettering on aged tan parchment with ravens, bats, and spiderweb corners over a faint antique map. Choose 1.5 inch gallery-wrapped canvas, high-gloss acrylic, or weatherproof 6mm DIBOND aluminum composite metal. It is not wood, and it is printed to look aged rather than carved. How is the tan version different from the dark apothecary sign? Same wording, different finish. This one is aged tan parchment with dark brown-black lettering and ravens perched in the corners. The dark version carries gold lettering on a near-black ground. Choose by your wall color and your light: the tan reads warmer in a room with wood and lamplight, the dark reads sharper against pale walls.
Can I use it outdoors or on a covered porch? The metal option is weatherproof 6mm DIBOND, so a covered porch or patio is fine and salty sea air is not a problem. Canvas is best kept indoors, and acrylic suits sheltered spots.
