Description
Cowboy Santa Nightcap: One for the Road He Just Finished
Wide framed canvas print in a solid wood frame you choose in black or white, ready to hang out of the box.
He has done the whole route. He has earned this.
A Western Santa Who Has Poured Himself One
He is tipped back against a plank wall in a dark barn with the lamplight catching his face, one white gloved hand up holding a bottle by the neck, the other arm draped over whatever he is leaning on. Wide pale hat, glasses down, a grin that says he is not in a hurry to explain himself. The bottle is wrapped in cloth at the neck, the coat is open over a dark vest, and the whole background falls away into warm brown shadow. It is the loosest, most character driven painting in the set.
This One Is a Bar Piece
Put it where the drinks are. Over a back bar, in a basement lounge, a whiskey corner, a games room, a cigar room or a man cave, it lands immediately and it starts conversations. The dark ground means it holds its own against wood paneling and low light, where a bright snow scene would wash out.

Questions About This Cowboy Santa Canvas
How is this different from the other bunkhouse canvas?
They are a pair and they hang well together. In the other one he is stretched out against his saddle pushing his hat back, with the bottle sitting beside him. In this one he has it in his hand and he is looking right at you. This is the louder of the two.
Is this a good fit for a home bar?
It is the piece on this page built for one. Tailor Made Rooms designs a lot of bar and lounge decor, and this one sits naturally alongside a whiskey wall, a speakeasy corner or a basement pub.
Will it work on a dark wall?
Yes, better than most. The painting is already deep brown, so a dark wall reads as an extension of it. On a dark wall we would take the white frame so the piece still has an edge.
Can I hang it on a porch or outdoors?
No. Canvas is an indoor material. For a covered porch, an outdoor bar or an exposed wall, our printed 3mm aluminum composite signs are the right product and they live on the metal sign pages.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Mounting hardware comes attached and leveling bumpers are included.
